The project is situated at on main Emirates highway, 25km short of Ras Al Kjhaimah. The building has been designed to present an imposing look from highway itself. Exteriors indicate the activities within the factory; visitor of the premises will have an excellent view from the upper level. The building provides for factory functions, workers dining, security, etc. in lower floor. Visitor area, viewing galleries, showrooms and offices on ground floor, offices on upper floors, mechanical room, electrical substations, and standby power arrangements, parking and landscaping.
