The project comprises the Redesign and Construction Supervision of the Hotel Tower including 2 Basements, Ground Floor, 1st Floor, 19 Floors (Rooms) Roof, and Upper Roof. A 5 Star Hotel in UAE – Dubai. The Hotel also includes 5 outlets, 2 Ballrooms, distributed between Ground and 1st Floor with one VIP Lounge, Health Club and Roof Swimming Pool. The Hotel is part of the Crowne Plaza Chain and provide 345 (Twin and Double Rooms) with 20 suites with underground Car Parks, Main Kitchen, Back of House Facilities as well as Hotel Staff Facilities such as changing rooms, shower, staff canteen etc.
