Sunset Hills

The project area is around 50,000m2 and forms part of the overall Al Areen Development. The project comprises 41 Nos. town houses, 10 Nos. villas, 10 Nos. 6-storey terraced apartment buildings, 1 No. 10-storey mixed use building, clubhouse and other amenities.

Sunset Hills is located at the southern gateway of Al Areen.
