Residential Complex for Government Employees, Al Ruwais (Manaief City)

The residential complex for employees of governmental companies and agencies at Al Ruwais – Al Gharbia comprises a 517-hectare beachfront property (P1036) intended for the development of a sustainable community based on the Ruwais 2030 Vision, as part of the Gharbia 2030 Master Plan. The development of the new city of Ruwais is envisaged as a highly magnetized, mixed-use and Neighbourhood township that takes advantage of its unique Gulf coast location. It will accommodate approximately 27,500 residents, in addition to a larger number of daily commercial, institutional, and other users. The development will be served by public transit, primarily through a bus network.

ACE Scope of Work includes:

Full infrastructure design for the new development, including detailed project infrastructure master planning, full detailed design, and tender documents for all services, including roads, potable water, irrigation, sewerage, stormwater networks, electrical, street lighting, telecommunications, CCTV, traffic control and monitoring, high-security ducts, gas networks, and gas plants. In addition to the construction supervision of the grading works and soil improvement, and review of all As-Built drawings.

Plot subdivision and affection plans.

Comprehensive EIA studies and baseline studies.

Waterfront (beaches) master planning.

Landscape design and infrastructure provisions (D&B).

Bathymetric survey.

Marina studies, marina quay wall, and associated services (D&B).

Parks and open spaces master planning and landscape design (60 plots).

Value engineering.

Construction supervision for the enabling works and soil improvement.

Construction supervision of the grading works and soil improvement.
