Infrastructure Facilities of Al-Mirfa Industrial Area

Al Mirfa Industrial Area is located in Al Mirfa South, to the east of Al Mirfa STP, near the Abu Dhabi–Ghuwaifat International Highway in the Al Gharbia Region. The development comprises 5 warehouse plots, 80 storage, logistics and distribution plots, 8 manufacturing and processing plots, and 1 storage and distribution plot, in addition to a mosque, clinic, Civil Defense facility, and several infrastructure-related plots. The total GFA of the development is expected to be approximately 114,283 m² within a total site area of approximately 410,936 m². The anticipated residential population is 3,276, with a total worker population of 772.

ACE Scope of Work covers the following:

Infrastructure works.

Roads works and modification of the existing roads, where applicable.

Traffic Impact Study (TIS).

Road markings and traffic signals.

Walkways and car parks.

Signage and wayfinding, including Onwani requirements.

Street lighting.

Electrical network, primary substation, and distribution substations.

Potable water network.

Sewerage network.

Stormwater network.

Streetscape of the area defined as the public realm.

Parks.

Telecommunication network.

Irrigation networks.

Bus and taxi stops and lay-bys, if required.

Firefighting, including any other works that may be requested by Civil Defense, if required.

Telecommunication, including any other works that may be requested by Etisalat or du, if required.

CCTV.

Solid waste recycling and removal.

Any other roads or infrastructure-related works.
