PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project site is located within residential area, positioned between several established neighbourhoods. It is bounded by Road 111 on one side and Road 109 on another, providing primary vehicular access to the plot. The site is also connected to a network of local distribution roads, linking it to nearby villa communities and adjacent residential clusters. The overall surroundings are characterized by low-rise villa developments, internal community streets, and planned open spaces, which collectively influence the access strategy, road hierarchy, and future traffic circulation for the development.

The project consists of the development of Plot 8246407 at the Umm Al Daman area, Dubai. The development includes Residential Town Houses and Villas as detailed below:
