Marine and Landside Infrastructure of Ports (Delma, Sila, Jebel Dhanna)

The project related to the development and upgrading of the Marine and Landside Infrastructure of Delma, Sila and Jebel Dhanna Ports in Abu Dhabi, covering both marine and topside facilities. The project scope includes marine works such as revetments, breakwaters, dredging, quay walls, RO-RO facilities, travel lift facilities, floating pontoons, mooring and wave studies, scour and cathodic protection, aids to navigation and associated utility provisions, together with landside works including access roads, paving, earthworks, stormwater drainage, sewerage, potable and fire water networks, LV power, street lighting, telecom, CCTV, landscaping, irrigation and protection of existing utilities, as well as preparation of GIS drawings, 3D BIM models and renderings where applicable. ACE scope covers the design for the project buildings, including workshops, substations, the restaurant building, security booths and welfare facilities, covering the required architectural, structural and associated building services design. in addition to Architect of Record (AOR) scope including the design review and authority coordination, preparation and tracking of NOI/NOC submissions, coordination with DMT, ADM, TPD, TAQA D, ADCD, TWS, Etisalat, du, ITC, ADNOC, TDC, TAQA T, ADMCC and Abu Dhabi Ports, obtaining marine ,infrastructure approvals, and the building permit.
