The Hotel Apartments (B+G+7+R) is located at Palm Jumeirah Crescent area, within the sub-divided Crescent plots district with plot no. PJCRC32G. The building comprises of 44 units of 1/2/3/4 bedroom duplex apartments including 2 single storey penthouses on the eighth floor. In order to naturally segregate different life styles; 1 bedroom loft apartments are designed in the ground floor with private gardens, whereas larger apartments of 3 & 4 bedrooms are designed in the corner areas of the building mass with larger terraces.
